When making hard boiled eggs, put them in cold water, bring to boil, shut heat off, cover and let sit for 10 minutes. You will get the perfect hardboiled egg!
To freeze Italian Stew cool completely, place 1 1/2 cups of Stew in a one quart freezer resealable plastic food storage bag. Release excess air from bag and seal. Freeze bag flat for easy storage and faster thawing.
When using frozen dough let rise all day. Kneed down - work with dough at room temperature. Use fists to stretch dough, do not roll with rolling pin. Stretch and work the dough with your hands.
When using cut bananas in a meal or dessert, do not cut them ahead of time - they will turn brown.
