Return Policy

I hope you love what you bought, but in the event you don't, maybe it's not the right size or the colors aren't what you expected, please reach out within 7 days for in person purchases or within 7 days of receipt for shipped merchandise. 


Custom Orders

Custom orders are final sales, no returns, no exchanges. A 'Custom Order' is defined as any product that is made-to-order.


In Person Purchases

No monetary refunds will be given for merchandise purchased in person at an event. Within 7 days of purchase, the customer can choose a store credit, or can exchange for the same style in different colors, or the value of the item can be put towards a new purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees on returned and exchanged items.


Shipped Merchandise

​No monetary refunds will be given for merchandise purchased and shipped. Within 7 daysof receipt, the customer can choose a store credit, or can exchange for the same style in different colors, or the value of the item can be put towards a new purchase. After 7 days, all sales are final. The customer is responsible for paying shipping fees on returned and exchanged items.


Damaged Merchandise

If on the rare occasion your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged item(s). After inspection, the customer may choose to have a monetary refund for the damaged items issued in the form of original payment, including shipping, or a replacement can be mailed.
